Suicide. Ending your life is a permanent decision that is irreversible and over a temporary problem. It ends all chances of being able to help fix whatever the reason is for wanting to die.
Whatever the reason, whatever the cause. If it is physical pain, neurological problems mentally or a disease like Cluster Headaches or circumstantial. There is help. No matter where you are in the world. No matter what your situation. Pick up the phone and call for help. Talk to someone. Go to a hospital.
The loss families and friends deal with is incomprehensible. I have written about Suicide before and me wanting to die. By Gods grace I am here. Here to help.
Please if you are even remotely thinking about suicide. Reach out. There is NO SHAME in asking for help to anyone.

Thank you for your words. I too suffer from constant pain caused by cluster headaches. Almost 6 years, I've been dealing with this thank you for trying to help people understand. It's almost as bad as the pain is having to what feels like is prove to people, Dr's that my pain is real. Suicide is not the answer, although it feels like the only one at the time. Just have to make it past those moments.. Thank you again for what u do..
